VINESH MOHAN KRIPLANI Mr. Vinesh Mohan Kriplani is an Additional Director (Category: Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and merit rank holder (1996) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune. He has about 29 years of experience in the tax and regulatory domain, with core expertise in Indian corporate and international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, transfer pricing and foreign exchange management.
He is currently designated as Director – M&A and International Taxes with the Poonawalla Group through its flagship company, Serum Institute.
