Petri Dishes, Multi-Compartment, Semi-Stackable, Gamma Sterile, Vented, PS

These multi-compartment dishes are ISO 24998 compliant and made from optically clear, virgin, USP Class VI, and FDA 21 CFR-passed Polystyrene (PS). Semi-Stackable design prevents deep locking, making them automation-friendly for high throughput robotic filling lines while still permitting controlled manual handling. They are vented with elevated lids, that allow good gas exchange and encourage evaporation. This design is useful when the poured dishes are to be used as soon as possible, and maintains sterility because the particles would have to go up and over the dish wall to get inside, which is rare in normal airflow. These dishes have been sterilised by gamma irradiation with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6.
