Petri Dish Triple Vent Extra Depth Radiation Sterile, 90 mm, PS
These Extra Depth Petri Dishes are made from medical grade, optically clear, lab quality, virgin, USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR passed Polystyrene (PS). They have extra depth, which is advantageous in plant tissue culture experiments. Vented dishes have elevated lids, allowing good gas exchange and encouraging evaporation. This design is useful when the poured dishes are to be used as soon as possible, and maintains sterility because the particles would have to go up and over the dish wall to get inside, which is very rare in normal airflow.
