The 47 mm filter holders are designed for in-line liquid or gas filtration. They open and close easily without disturbing the filter disc. Used for in-line removal of particles or microbial contaminants from liquid and gases. Tubing connectors accept 9.5 mm I.D. Tubing and can be replaced by a Luer-Lok fitting to be used with a syringe. PSF conforming to US FDA 21 CFR Autoclavable. Open Faced Filter Holder is used for sampling of air (aerosols) environment. Unit can be used for vaccum filteration only. Tubing connector accepts 9.5 mm ID tubing.
