PP tube with vented HDPE closure with 0.2 µ PTFE filter conforming to USP Class VI. Free of detectable pyrogens, DNase & RNase. Max RCF 12000 x g (Max recommended RCF for swing out rotor is 3500 x g).

Ideal for Cell line development, Clone selection, Media optimization, Recombinant protein development and High throughput process optimization for suspension cell culture. Ideal for large-scale screening and optimizing of suspension cell system process development. The crucial parameters for production upscaling can be analysed in small amounts. This makes it cost-effective and increase the process efficiency.

NOTE:

  • The maximum RCF value for Tarsons centrifuge tubes have been optimized at 4֯C temperature using tubes filled to 80% of the maximum stated volume with water and spun in a fully-supported rotor for 30 mins.
  • For deep freeze storing, use suitable rack/box that allow homogeneous temperature distribution; sample volume should not exceed 90% of the product’s brim volume.
  • Loosen closure before autoclaving.
