Our -20°C Mini Coolers are made from medical grade, lab quality, virgin, USP Class VI & US FDA 21 CFR passed Polycarbonate (PC). They come with a lid, which has good optical clarity. These are used as alternatives to ice buckets for keeping reagents, enzymes, and other biological samples cool. They help to protect reagents, enzymes, and other biological samples by maintaining them at freezer temperature on the bench also gives protection of critical samples from temperature fluctuations, defrost cycles, and power failures in the freezer.
These Coolers should be stored at -20°C to -25°C for 24 hours before use. At room temperature, these units maintain below -15°C temperature for one hour.
Note: Thaw the unit once a month to remove any ice buildup.
