SANTOSH AGARWAL Santosh Kumar Agarwal is the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 20 years of experience and has previously worked with Polar Fans, Genpact, ICA group and Gruas Jaso Group. In his last position, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Jaso India and was responsible for accounts, finance, audit, cost control, financial planning and compliances under Companies Act, 2013. He joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer on 1st October, 2019 and has further been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from 7th February, 2022.
