PCR Plate Sealing Options

We offer PCR Plate Sealing options in following three types –

  1. 1. PCR Cap Strips.
  2. 2. Silicone Sealing Mats for 96 well PCR Plate.
  3. 3. Optical Plate Seal.

PCR Cap Strips are available in 8-cap strip format. These are compatible with both 0.2 mL (standard profile) and 0.1 mL (low profile) PCR Plates. Cap strips are available in flat or domed type and provide secure sealing to prevent evaporation during PCR process. These are manufactured in ISO Class 8 cleanroom and are autoclavable.

Silicone Sealing Mats for 96 well PCR Plate are transparent and fit with any brands of 96-Well PCR Plates. It can be cleaned, autoclaved and reused.

Optical Plate Seals are disposable, non-pierceable seal which can be easily and cleanly removed after the PCR. A specially formulated extra-strong thick adhesive provides an excellent seal to minimize evaporation and reduce cross-contamination. Suitable for Real-Time PCR application. It features two perforated end-tabs for easy handling, application and removal.

PCR Plate Sealing Options are certified free from detectable DNase & RNase.
