Mr. B. Lakshmananarayanan Reddy

Vice President-Manufacturing Operations

Mr. B. Lakshmananarayanan Reddy, Vice President-Manufacturing Operations at Tarsons, holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in management studies from Madurai Kamaraj University and he has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from V.S.V.N. Polytechnic College in Tamil Nadu. Additionally, he did PGDM from B.School, Chennai. With over 34 years of experience, Mr. Reddy has worked with prominent companies such as Piramal Glass (across plants in India, Sri Lanka, and the USA, A Blackstone Portfolio Company) and Gerresheimer-Moulded Glass is renowned for its innovative pharmaceutical primary packaging solutions, meeting USP and other pharmacopeia standards.. His roles have included General Management positions, where he was responsible for division profitability. His expertise lies in improvement management for world-class transformation processes, emphasizing both people and processes. His technical expertise spans various aspects of operations, including planning, quality, systems, manufacturing, and projects. Notably, he has hands-on experience in Change Management. He joined Tarsons on 19th June 2023.

Subhra Shankar Bose

Head – HR

Subhra Shankar Bose is Head – HR of the organization. He did his graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and PGDPM (equivalent to MBA) from National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). He has approx 25 years versatile experience in HR domain. Earlier he has worked in Unitech, ACC Cement, Bata India, CESC & Patanjali Foods and discharged various roles & responsibilities in HR & IR. In his last positon, he was Head – HR of Patanjali Foods Ltd. and responsible for entire gamut of Human Resources & Industrial Relations across the organization. He joined Tarsons on 19th June, 2023.

Mr. Partha Pratim Dubey

Business Head for India and South Asia

Mr. Partha Pratim Dubey serves as the Business Head for India and South Asia at TARSONS. With a bachelor's degree in Science from Calcutta University, Kolkata, he brings over 31 years of expertise in Sales, Marketing, and distribution of laboratory chemicals, glassware, instruments, plastic labware, and consumables. His role encompasses Business growth, Strategic planning, Team development and performance, Leadership cultivation, P&L management and Budget planning, Commercial activities, Customer support, and Product mapping. His extensive experience and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in expanding our global footprint and enhancing our reputation for excellence.Mr. Dubey’s leadership and commitment continue to inspire our team, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the Life science industry.
