Cell Culture Ware
The Sterile Tissue Culture Flask is crafted from ultra-pure optically clear virgin Polystyrene, meeting USP Class VI standards. It comes with a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Filter Closure. It has been TC treated to ensure a non-cytotoxic surface, promoting optimal, uniform attachment and growth of adherent cells. This design creates a more favorable environment for cell growth. The flasks are free of detectable levels of DNA, Pyrogens, RNase, or DNase. Their ergonomic design facilitates easy handling and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. These allow easy access to serological pipettes and cell scrapers. They are stackable.
Note: It is recommended that the closures be opened slightly to allow gas exchange upon incubating flasks with Flat-type closure.
