PCR Mini-Coolers

PCR Mini-Coolers are manufactured from virgin, US FDA-21 CFR compliance Polycarbonate (PC) / Polypropylene (PP). It is also used to keep PCR tubes, 8-strips or 96 Well PCR plates at low temperatures during sample preparation and handling. It acts as an alternate to ice buckets for keeping reagents and enzymes cool.

MAGICOOLTM Mini-coolers should be kept at -20°C to -25°C in inverted condition for 24 hours before use. It keeps samples at 4°C for approximately 3 hrs. When temperature exceeds +7°C, it indicates by changing colour from violet to pink.

-20°C PCR Mini-coolers with transparent lid should be pre-frozen at -20°C to -25°C for 24 hours before use. It maintains temperature below 1°C for approximately 5 hrs. It acts as an alternate to ice buckets for keeping reagents and enzymes cool.

Both Mini-Coolers are suitable for individual PCR Tubes, 8-strips or 96-Well PCR Plates.
