This disposable adhesive seal provides the best sealing option for plates. The Optical PCR Plate Seal is non pierceable but can be easily removed after the PCR reaction is performed. A pressure applied by the heated lid of aq thermal cycler is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling. Opti-seal has excellent optical properties and is therefore a good choice for Real Time PCR applications. Temperature range -20°C to 120°C
